Who we are looking for
We welcome your application for the position of Patient Coordinator and Receptionist in our Premuim Orthodontic Studio.
Our aim is to find a dedicated and friendly colleague who will contribute to the comfort of our patients and the smooth running of the practice.
What will your job be
- Reception and registration of clients coming to our studio.
- Client management: appointment and treatment coordination
- Customer service by phone and in person.
- Communication between treatment rooms and patients.
- Full, high-quality and professional handling of oral and written customer requests in Hungarian and English.
- Maintaining order in the reception and customer lounge.
- Performing administrative tasks related to the job.
- General (non-medical operational) purchases.
What we expect from you
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Flexibility and efficient time management.
- Computer skills.
- Preferably with experience in the health sector (not required).
