Who we are looking for
We look forward to receiving your application for the part-time content creator role.
We’re looking for you if you’re up to speed with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends and can whip up a cool Reel video for our Stories in no time. You can quickly edit videos we’ve made with our patients, add captions using Veed, and upload them straight to our social media channels. You know your way around YouTube, have used a WordPress admin dashboard before, and have uploaded blog posts. You know that all that glitters isn’t gold, and that a true content creator doesn’t measure their success by the glitz of their posts, but by leads and the figures from Analytics and Looker Studio.
What will your job be
Camera rolling, action! You’ll spend about half your working hours with us in the surgery. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at life in the practice, the high-tech equipment (iTero scanner, laser), the relaxed moments and the patients’ cathartic experiences and feedback on their treatments.
Editing & Subtitling: You’ll craft catchy, fast-paced Reels, TikTok and Shorts videos from the raw footage you’ve gathered (with accurate, well-crafted captions, great music and trendy effects).
Copywriting: You write posts and video captions that people don’t just scroll past, but actually read, save and share.
Mini-charts: Minor graphic tweaks, creating story templates and cover images (using Canva and Photoshop like a pro).
Let’s get social: Anyone considering orthodontic treatment, or who is interested in the subject, should be able to find us easily, and a year from now, our name should be the first thing that springs to mind. Our content should always convey a professional message, but presented in a relaxed, accessible and trendy way.
What we expect from you
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Flexibility and efficient time management.
- Professional knowledge and handling of equipment and gadgets, A thorough understanding of social media platforms – don’t just skim the surface; you need to have an in-depth knowledge of their settings and features
- Preferably with experience in the health sector (not required).
- Knowledge of English

- A fixed daily commitment of 4 hours (this may be more if you’d like to take on other tasks with us, but for this role, that’s the initial requirement – we’ll see how it goes from there). You can also work as a contractor, but we expect you to prepare your work here at the practice at a pre-arranged time. The part of the work involving the processing of raw materials can even be carried out from your home office.
